Refund Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our refund policy below:

 

Returns and Exchanges

 * Timeframe: All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the order delivery date.

 * Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

 * Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 * Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original order confirmation or receipt is required.

 

Refunds

 * Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

 * Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 * Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 * Exceptions: Items on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Refunds will NOT be issued due to wait time, upon purchasing the customer agreed to the wait time. Refunds will only be issues if your order was not processed 7 weeks after ordering. 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been sent out we consider the order fulfilled and ownership transferred to the customer.

We understand that package theft is a frustrating issue and recommend taking the following steps if your package is missing:

 * Contact your local post office or carrier: They may be able to assist with locating your package.

 * Review your home security footage if you have some.
